Product: Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My latop charger is showing pluged in but it is not charging.And it is stuck in 16%. I have restarted my laptop several time but it is showing the same result.Futhermore i have test my my battary and Ac charger in the same model laptop. and they are working fine...both the AC charger and laptop is working...But it not working on my PC.I have updated my window also..

Is it a major issue in my Laptop?how could i fix this?
