I had a similar issue.  I found not long after updating to Win 11 that my screen would go black when using a mouse or the touch pad.  Hitting random keys or scratching back and forth over the touch pad would eventually bring the screen back.  Using the touchscreen did not produce the same screen instability.  I found by uninstalling the driver and going to the basic windows graphics driver it solved the issue but the intel UHD driver kept reinstalling with restart and updates.   I tried the above solution and it updated the driver, but I got the following error message saying Windows stopped the driver due to error code 43.  The screen stability seems to have improved but do I need to worry about this error code?
