I purchased an HP laptop for school have not even had it for 3 months and the memory is full already I deleted almost everything that came on the computer I can save no files for school and still it says to buy external memory why do I need to buy memory when the computer should have came with memory all the updates they do is taking all my memory. When I call to speak to someone they told me I should have purchased a computer with more memory I told them when I purchase this computer I told the guy at the store what I needed it for he needs traditional to be fine. Don't know who to contact or what to do now

Looks like you bought a machine with only 32GB of eMMC storage not memory and you did not do a research before making decision to buy THAT machine. If you wish to store all files for your school you have to use SD card or external HDD/USB flash drive.
Can you return it and buy a proper machine ?
Regards.

There are things you can do to reduce the amounts of disk space that has been used:http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
