I recently purchased the above laptop with licenses microsoft office but when i have activated my outlook e-mails with the key which was given to me while purchasing i am getting the attached error
You didn't say WHERE you purchased your PC.
If it was NOT directly from HP, we can do nothing for you and you will have to contact the seller to get a VALID product key, because it looks like the one you were provided has already been used.
