Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Unless you specifically paid in advance for MicroSoft Office, it usually does not come activated - only a short trial period is included.  After the trial period, you have to buy it (or use different software).

 

If you purchased it in advance, the code should have been sent to you via email.
