Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this used notebook in June 2023 and it was working perfectly with the named printer . However,  quite recently 

this printer has stopped the printing function (though copying/scanning  function is still OK). What I mean is that the printer

is not taking printing command from the laptop. I tried with uninstalling/reinstalling software/driver from the HP Support

but no success for printing.

 

I tested  with another laptop having OS Windows 7 and it did download the driver  and accepted printing command. I assume my notebook OS Windows 10 might have been corrupted or affected by an unknown virus. Please guide me how to  resolve

this problem. I would appreciate your help.
