Product: Star Wars Special Edition HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am very distraught and discouraged. I received a refurbished Star Wars Special Edition Laptop, and although it is really cool, I can't get any of the special features to work. I've tried everything up to and including a hard reset, a reboot, a clean wipe of the drive (it already came with a clean install of Windows 10 from the seller), etc. I can't think of anything else to do, and when I try to download some of the drivers from the HP website, some of them won't install, while others will and only say "not supported" when I try to open them (like the Star Wars Command Center). I don't know what to do and this was a birthday gift from my loving and thoughtful girlfriend. Can anyone please help me? I just want my new laptop to work properly and be able to use the features and functions that originally came with it. I've contacted the seller and tried all of his suggestions but nothing has worked so far. Also, the DVD-drive isn't even visible in my file explorer folder, and when I try to open it, it makes a bunch of taps and noises but it won't even eject or open properly without me manually doing it with a paper clip. If anyone can help me out, PLEASE!!! I would be eternally grateful! Thank you in advance. I eagerly await a reply.
