My battery does not charge to 100 percent, how do i fix that? am unable to update my bios because i don't have bitlocker on my laptop or i just can't find it

I downloaded the BIOS update already  but it states i have to disable bitlocker for it to install, i cant find bitlocker on my laptop i checked evrywhere even in services, all i need is for my laptop to charge to 100%, i cant acces battery health management because i think i have the old bios, any help would be appreciated
