Product: Stream 14-cb00na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So my device was meant to come with a year of Office 365 and 1 TB of OneDrive. I assume this is the 'Personal Plan' that HP has pre-paid for. Yet, it does not let me activated, and I am stuck on the free version. What can I do to switch to the version I should have gotten? Thanks!

Hello @DeepAquamarine,
Are you signed into Office?
I would recommend taking a look at this article and referring to the Need Help? tab.
I would also advise asking Office support.
Anyway, let me know how it goes,
Eddy
