Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop HP windows 10 doesn't wanna show the apps on the screen and no no personalization option on the screen

Many apps now are NOT on desktop. You can put them as short cut on desktop manually. They will stay there, please use

 

            Pin apps and folders to the desktop or taskbar
