My laptop has been locked by bit locker

See if this link from Microsoft is of help to you:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If not, you will have to clean install Windows on your notebook and you will not be able to ever recover the data currently on the hard drive without the BitLocker recovery key.
