Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop isn't responding properly it gets shut down and shows that the cooling fan 90B is not responding correctly. I need a service asap

You misunderstand our rule here -- as we are not HP Tech Support and we have no way to get your PC serviced.

 

You have to contact HP yourself to make service arrangements, we can not assist you in those.
