HP Pavillion Laptop

I tried powering on my laptop. On the HP screen it said preparing automatic repair.  I went to the testing screen and ran some tests. The memory test failed. My warranty is expired.  I just bought this laptop. How do I fix this?

If the memory tests failed, you have to open the PC and replace the memory.

 

We are not HP Tech Support, so we have no way to walk you through the process of doing that.

 

You will need to take the laptop to a repair facility and have them open it and replace the memory.
