I replaced my battery it is fully charged but the screen does't show anything and the wifi button is glowing orange

The WiFi button glowing orange means the WiFi has been disabled.  You generally fix that by pressing the WiFi button once booted into Windows, and it will turn White or Blue again, indicating it is working.

But the screen not showing anything is a more serious issue -- as that indicates that the PC can not find Windows in order to boot into it.

 

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
