Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a new laptop (HP-15s-fq1089ns), and sometimes, while watching YouTube videos, the screen freezes and starts making a strange sound for 1 or so, I did not give it more importance because very little happened and I thought it would be solved with some automatic drivers update. Today I had a video call and this happened every very little time, in an interval of 4 minutes it will have happened 3-2 times.

I've checked the status of the hard drive with Crystal Disk Info, tried to troubleshoot audio driver errors, and checked the system files for corruption.

Another point to keep in mind is that during the video call I could see the cameras of the people when they were entering at the beginning, but as more people have entered, I could not see their cameras and they have all turned off. I think this is related to the problem, because the computer has enough power and has enough bandwidth.

Has someone reported a similar problem with this laptop?
