HP Recommended

I downloaded this but when i went to install it said it was blocked for my protection. what do i do to change this?

1) What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it.
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)


2) Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?


3) Were there any hardware or software changes made? 


4) What's the operating system installed on the computer?
