So, the shipping date for this laptop (custom) was estimated for yesterday, it never switched to shipping so I decided to check this morning to see if it has. When I go into my order status/order history, it doesn't show up at all. I also haven't been getting confirmation emails and I know it probably isn't shipped already because they are supposed to send an email with the tracking number apparently. I've tried checking through 3 different devices and it still says that there is no history available. Is that just a problem with HP's website right now or? What should I do?
