Hi @Zhino1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I can offer some general suggestions to try and troubleshoot the problem with your HP Pavilion X360 15. Keep in mind that these are basic troubleshooting steps. Here are some steps you can take.

Power Adapter and Outlet:

  • Make sure the power adapter is connected securely to both the laptop and a working power outlet.
  • Try a different power outlet to rule out issues with the outlet.

Check for Physical Damage:

  • Inspect the power cord, adapter, and laptop for any visible damage. If there's physical damage.

Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the power adapter.
  • If the battery is non-removable, perform a hard reset by holding down the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop.

External Display:

  • Connect your laptop to an external display to check if the issue is with the laptop screen.

Memory Modules:

  • If you're comfortable doing so, reseat the RAM modules. Ensure the laptop is powered off and unplugged before attempting this.

Remember, these are general suggestions, and your specific laptop model might have unique characteristics.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
