Hi, I received an email (2/7/22) after purchasing my Care Pack that most are automatically registered and within two to three weeks of purchase, I'd receive another email confirming the registration or requesting details for the HP product I'd like to cover. I never received that follow up email and it says my computer still only has the manufacturers warranty and not the care pack. Is there a way I can be sent the registration email again to register?
