Product: Hp Envy X360 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,   Hoping someone can help.   I've had a few issues with this all in one laptop I just bought and honestly wish I would have returned it.    I need to use this for work so I had to install Citrix Workspace App.   I can open the app however I can not type , click the mouse or anything within the app when it opens,  I do see my curser move around.   Oddly , If I do type and close the app and reopen what I just typed seems to appear though I can not get into the next page.    I can get into citrix via web browser with no issues however I am limited on what I can do with the web browser.  For one I can not use two screens.  Can anyone please help?
