Product: HP Laptop 15-bs2xx

I purchased this HP laptop within the last couple of months.  It has ran extremely slow since I got it.  It takes 3 to 4 minutes every time you click on something to open.  It's so frustrating.  I wish I had never bought this.  Any suggestions on how to address this issue?  I'm ready to throw it away and it's new.

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the notebook

HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support

 

Can you also perform diagnostics at boot to see if there are any hardware problems

Turn off the PC by holding the power button

Turn on the PC and repeatedly keep hitting the ESC key until startup menu appears

Press F2 to enter diagnostics

Perform the system test or at least the Hard Drive test
