Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello. This isnt a huge problem for me, just something that bothers me. You know when you copy a file, then paste it somewhere and the green bar that pops out that shows the progress of when the copying will be finish? Well my green bar shoots up to the 80% mark real fast, then slowly finishes to the end. Or sometimes it rises slowly to the end and stops around the 95% for a few seconds then finishes. Is there anything i can do to make this more of a consistent paste? Thanks
