I have emailed HP many times regarding a warranty extension for my laptop but I haven't received any reply by them. My warranty expired and I want to extend it. However when I'm entering my laptop's serial number, it keeps saying that there is no HP care pack available for my laptop. Do you know what can I do? Many thanks for your time.

I've been told that HP does not provide support via email -- so that could be the issue with no replies.
