My Sprocket is not accepting new paper loads any more (always giving me the "no paper, please refill" error message), so I wanted to make use of my Care Pack which I purchased together with the device.
Now, when I go to the support page and go through the jungle of obstacles put into place before reaching the place where I am actually supposed to find a contact number, I fill in my country (Spain) and get the following message:
"This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."
This must be a temporary problem, right? If not, how can HP sell Care Packs (I took the 3 years with free exchange one) if then they don't give the support I payed for?
Please somebody help me to find a phone number where to call for this issue! Thanks in advance.
By the way, the phone number indicated in the email I received after purchasing the product is also not working:
"Si necesita consultar con nuestro departamento de soporte técnico, contacte con el teléfono 902 010 333 para productos empresariales, o en 902 010 059 para productos de consumo."

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
