Not Charging/Recognizing a Charger

HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n113dx
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP Pavilion x2-10-n113dx refurbished from Groupon in April 2016. This tablet stopped recognizing a charger when it's plugged in to the device. 

Is this the charging port itself or the charger causing this issue. 

 

I only have about 25% battery life left on the device.

The best thing you can try doing is trying a different chargering adapter.

Not Charging/Recognizing a Charger

You should begin by testing the AC power adapter as described in this HP support document.

 

It should get you started in the right direction.
