Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When i purchased my laptop,i got Office 2016 (Home & Student) with the laptop. After 1 year, my disk crashed. After replacing new disk, and reinstalling the OS, etc. from a backup USB, I am not able to reactivate my MS Office 2016. It asks for product key for MS Office 2016. How can i get the product key?

You can recover Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 using your Microsoft account. Did you use your Microsoft account to register the product last year ? If not, please call Microsoft and they will help you.
