Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

MY notebook hasn't updated windows/or anthing else thru HP support Assistant for several months. Always says there are no updates! Don't know what happened!! I don't use this very often other than pay bills otherwise I use a tablet for most everthing else.

Have you tried Windows Update directly to see if there are any updates?

 

Also, you should check the Update History there to confirm that you have been receiving and processing prior Windows Updates.

 

Please let us know what you find out.

Yes I have, every time I get on I check for updates and nothing iis there. I have settings to inform me when there are updates but never nothing there so I manually check. Thanks!!
