OMEN COMMAND CENTRE

The omen command centre is not showing the CPU and GPU temperatures correctly. If set performance control to comfort mode then the fans make a lot of soundAnnotation 2019-09-09 160126.png

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Update OMEN Command Center by downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.

  1. Click the Microsoft Store icon on the task bar.
  2. Search for OMEN Command Center.
  3. Click Update. Wait while the program downloads and installs.
  4. Click Play. OMEN Command Center opens.

I tried this but it is still showing everything to be -1 except the CPU performance.

Create a new user account and check if that works.

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Select Family & other users.
  4. Tap "Add someone else to this PC."
  5. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
  6. Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
  7. Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next.

This might require access of your computer to fix this issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
