Hello,
3 weeks ago I bought new OMEN an012nc. Since the very beginning the HP Support Assistant was not working properly. It could not recognize the computer and did not download any updates or messages. I downgraded to SP79243 and at least that one could recognize my computer, even do some diagnostics and read my devices and software but still not download any updates. Whenever I try to install the newest version, it would not recognize my computer at all.
So I tried to update the drivers from offical website, flashed BIOS to the newest version but since then the OMEN Command Center stopped showing any values (I only have ... in each field and no options for network settings or setting up the Macros) and the OMEN buttons are not working at all. I do not know wheter this was caused by the BIOS update or by some other driver.
I tried to revert the system to previous restore point but without success. Since I installed many programs since then and already set up my computer to install my programs on the 😧 drive (only AppData stayed on C:) and moved my Account files to 😧 as well, I do not want to go through this all over again. I tried all possible solutions from this fora but without any success. Any ideas?
Otherwise the computer seems to be working properly.

I have not done any hardware changes. The only changes I made were moving my Account files and Program Files + Program Files (x86) to 😧 drive.
My BIOS is right now the latest version F.15 (it was the first thing I updated).
Downloading and updating HP Support Assistant is only making things worse (with current version it only does not download updates but with the newes version it does not even recognize my computer.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Omen Command Center, HP Support Assistant and HP System Event Utility several times without success.
I treid again to reinstall chipset drivers but with Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver (Windows 10 v1709) I get message that I already have newer versions of drivers (11.7.0.1045) while on the website are 1040. IF I try to install anyway, I get fatal error.

As I understand you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue, don't worry as I have a few other steps which should help you resolve this issue.
Let's try to do a push button reset on the PC: HP PCs - Microsoft Push-Button Reset (Windows 10) Windows 10 has a push-button reset feature that repairs your computer by reinstalling the operating system. This can be done either while preserving your personal data and customization, or removing all your personal data.
If the issue persists, I would suggest the last resort would be to perform a system recovery using the partition available on your PC. . Doing this will wipe off everything and set the computer back to the original factory conditions. So, please remember to back up your data before initiating system recovery. If for some reason the recovery fails. The only other way to install Windows would be to order the recovery media for your laptop and using the recovery media you can install Windows. You can check if the recovery media is available online on www.hp.com/drivers by entering the exact model no. of your laptop. To find the exact model no. click here: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
HP PCs - How to Reset Your Computer to Factory Settings (Windows 10, 8, 7)
HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive
Otherwise, you could also reach HP phone support to order the recovery media. If your product is out of warranty, please choose paid options to get the tech support number.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

For now I am going to stay without functioning HP SA and Omen Command center since Push-Button reset is not supposed to be performed on my SSD (more than 128 GB) and I just do not want to lose my programs.
Thanks anyway.
