Hello,
I'm trying to install OMEN Control Center and after run it shows message:
"HP the code execution cannot proceed because syncom.dll was not found"
I tried several solutions but no result.
I need to change keyboard lighting from Red to other color. Is it possible that my laptop have no such ability?
Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for replay;
On that link I looked in User Guide for product with my product number and there is no info about Light color in Keyboard light section;
If it is supported then in User guide should be specific guideline for changing color ?
I should provide product number here or some specific field ?

Thank you for the information.
I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center from your computer and then download and install it from the Microsoft store and check whether the issue is resolved.
