OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0008ca: RGB Keyoboard light settings are not working in Omen Light Studio

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On Omen/HP website it says that I can customize the lighting on my OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0008ca RGB Keyboard: “you can customize and optimize everything from performance controls to the RGB keyboard” However when I tried doing that using the Omen Light Studio from the Omen Gaming Hub, nothing works. My laptop is not showing up in the layout and I’m not able to adjust the RGB Keyboard lights. Please advise.

Thanks this is helpful. 

 

However I still can't see my Omen 15 in the Light Studio Layout screen.

I searched the Task Scheduler and don't see any LightStudioHelper
