Hello,
My touchpad is not working due to drivers
Can you help me solve it?

Let me explain.

1. I installed Windows 11 23H2 from official website.
My touchpad was not working.

I installed the drivers from official website and restarted, still not working.

 

I updated bios, started working but got hault and never worked again.

 

I updated windows to the latest version of drivers and updates, still no good.

I tried to update from device manager, it says best divers are already installed.

 

I cannot understand what is the issue.
