Product: HP Omen 17- an124nv
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop 4 days ago. Opening HP OMEN command center, needs update to proceeed, I'm clicking the update button, program closes.. nothing happens, then I open the program again same thing happens. I tried reinstalling the program. Any help?

Welcome to HP Support Community

 

Please uninstall the HP Omen Command Center from your Notebook. 

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click System on the Settings menu.
  4. Select Apps & features from the left pane. ...
  5. Select the app you wish to uninstall.
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears.

Restart the Notebook and download the HP Command Center from the Microsoft Store. Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/omen-command-center/9nqdw009t0t5
