Hi,

My laptop has been stolen 16th August 2022, I had other items and money in the laptop backpack. HP Support was installed on this. This is old laptop so I have no reciept and package but most preciaos thing is my data. I want to share its serial no in the local markete.

Can I find its serial number somewhere ?

if <HP Support> was installed and computer registered at HP -> Contact HP Support

 

Standard procedure would be the following

( But in your case it is more difficult, because you have no documents and information. HP could help you )

 

Please contact POLICE ! They can investigate and have special rights.

 

You will need proof of ownership: proof of purchase (invoice), documents such as warranty and emails from HP. On the packaging of the notebook there is a sticker with the unique product data
