Office 365 hasn't activated properly

HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new HP Notebook which included a 1 month trial of Office 356. Before it expired I paid for and downloaded a year's subscription, The trial period finished yesterday and I now get a warning that I am using an unlicensed product. I have only tried to use Excel and Outlook since this happened but both of them are now difficult to use.

 

I obviously haven't activated Office 365 properly. Any advice on how to overcome this would be welcome

Hi,

 

Did Microsoft send you a key ? Please contact Microsoft and they will fix this for you. I think HP can't fix this.
