Hello! Sorry for my broken English, I'm Russian, but I have a question about the laptop. Recently I purchased your equipment for the first time and ran into a problem - the "Omen" and "P1-P6" buttons do not work. I tried updating the program, backlighting, fan speed and Dota training - they work, but the necessary keys do not (((Russian-language search did not return results, I hope for your support. Thanks in advance.
