I am having issues with Omen Gaming Hub. I want to set my laptop to eco-mode which can only be done from the Gaming Hub and it had worked previously. Now however the page says that it needs driver updates. Below this text it has an update button which when pressed gives a pop-up for driverinstaller.exe. When given permission this however does nothing. The update button just remains there and nothing happens. I also tried updating all windows updates (even alternative ones) and I checked for update in HP Support Assistant but there were none. I tried restarting my computer and even waited many hours but the issues still remained. I even deleted and installed the omen gaming hub software again and I also tried deleting OMENCC_SDK_Pack.log’ under this path ‘C:\System.sav\Logs\ and then restarting my laptop but that just prompted some bios update and the problem still remained.
I saw some suggestions that is might have to do something with an SDK package but I am not really sure what that is and didn't really want to download exe files from some random site. If this is the problem is there an SDK package download from HP or does anyone have any other ideas.
Thanks in advance!
