Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have up to date PDF Pro software, which has recently worked fine. However it has started producing blank 1 page documents. There is a message on the programme about being incompatible. There are tests for all software up to Windows 8, although it worked fine with Windows 10 recently. A bit frustrated and at a loss to solve this. Thanks in advance, Richard

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with PDF Pro, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum -- see their product page:  https://www.pdfpro10.com/LP/V2f/index.php
