Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, 

 

I recently received my new pavillion laptop, ive tried to import photos from my iphone numerous times but i continously recieve the same error message of 'were having trouble connecting' ive tried 2 different leads and neither will work. After 100's of attempts it connected once, allowed me to import but then uploaded only 2 of the 60 photos. 

 

Do i need to return the computer? or is this an issue that can be resolved?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
