Spectre 360 13T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my HP spectre 13T today. I wanted to record the screen using recording Through window 10. It popped up " Game futures aren't available". I tried to figure out by some websites. One tip is that update my windows. I did all it said. And then, app updates were pending. I fixed it by Command C, Run registration,... they still didn't work. And then I ask the Hp assistant, they said my warranty was out of date. All these stuffs have driven me crazy after more than one month to receive this product. Please help.

@Mây

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly,  Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8. (do not skip any troubleshooting steps even if you feel steps are repeating)

BIOS default:

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer. If the issue persists, follow the next steps.

BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks for your help, but it didn't work for me. I had figured out how to fix the software update pending through Internet. But I still can't record my screen with " Window+ G", Online source told that my Hp is needed to update some drivers. I use Driver easy to check it, I still have 21 outdated driver need to update, including some Intel drivers. I'm stuck at this step! I really need your help.
