Product: Hp envy

This has by far been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I talked to three different talk to three different reps and two different supervisors with no results. My laptop has fallen apart at no fault of my own and they are refusing to replace it. They are trying to convince me that is my problem when I have seen other consumers with the same model as mine with the same problems. I usually never leave reviews but I am beyond frustrated and needed to warn others. DO NOT BUY ANY HP PRODUCTS!!!
