Hi I don't know how to use the print screen button on this, whenever I press it it doesn't print screen and even when I use the game bar shortcut of windows key+alt+print screen, it doesn't work. Thank you

The button is the right shift key/print screen button

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

When you press the "PrtSc" button, it takes a screenshot and holds it in RAM.  It's now up to you to proceed.

 

I usually open a graphic app like "Paint 3D", then choose "Paste".   Voila!  The picture is now there for you to edit, save, or print.

I tried it but it didn't work. but then i figured it out, i had to press fn+prt sc and that worked!
