Print on 8” x 6” photo paper, no option?

Hi
I need help in printing a photo onto an 8 x 6” photo paper.

I’ve been trying different ways for days off my iPhone and my computer but their is no option to customise the photo paper size?

The nearest I found is A6 size paper which gives a slight boarder which I didn’t want.

I’ve now ended up paying for a company to print it for me.

Can you please help me?

The printer does not support an 8x6 photo paper. Refer to the document Printer Specifications for HP ENVY 4500, DeskJet 3540 Printers fro supported paper type and sizes.

This is not good enough to say that the HP printer doesn't support the 6 x 8 media size. It is a very popular size for photo printing. HP need to do something about it and ensure that its printers can support this popular photo size.

I have the same problem with my OfficeJet Pro 7740 and OfficeJet Pro 8600 and it can't even be achieved using custom sizes !

I agree HP is a good company but let’s themselves done by not offering a custom size paper.

Epson does it and I’m in two minds to sell my HP printer and get an Epson printer.
