Printing return lables issue-Barcodes won't print

All is ok with printing from my new laptop until I tried to print return labels.  I get a tiny square that says "barcode" next to it & the second page says "return label" again with the tiny square next to it.  Both are HP.  I'm not the most tech savvy & could really use some help.  Thank you.

From my memory, I needed bar code fonts to be able to create and print barcodes. I now use screenshot to print barcodes mainly for my travel documents using PDF files. Boarding passes now use smartphones or tablets therefore I don't need to print boarding passes.

Please try to install Barcode fonts on your computer using

        http://www.barcodelink.net/barcode-font.php

and try again.
