Solved!

Problem to launch the system properly.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Mr,

After switching my laptop on, there is a message:"Press the ESC key for Startup Menu".

After pressing the Esc it says:"ESC...Pause Startup".

What should I do next? Please,help me to figure out this problem.

I've been getting the Esc message on my laptop screen since day one -- that is the normal boot process.

 

If you wait, the message should disappear and the laptop boot into Windows login screen.
