Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After buying a computer HP250 G8 Asteroid Silver, Pentium Silver N5030, the mouse and flach card are not detected through the USB port.  After updating Windows 11 and driwers, the problem is not solved. Gives Error 43.
