HP Laptop PC 14s-dq2000

On 01/25/2023, I ordered an HP Laptop model #14-dq2088wm online through Walmart.com,  and when I went onto the HP Support Assistant website to register my laptop, the HP Support Assistant dashboard not only shows a different product name & model number (HP Laptop PC 14s-dq2000 ) with an expired Warranty date of 11/2/2022. HP states that since I didn't purchase it directly from them, I need to get ahold of Walmart & address the issue with them. When I spoke to Custome Service at Walmart I was told that the laptop was actually purchased through a third party and I have to get ahold of them to resolve this issue. I have spent the past 3 days trying to reach the company and having no luck.

PLEASE ADVISE

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if you can submit an online warranty dispute to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

Paul,

Thank you for the advice, I did contact HP Support in regards to the warranty expiration date and was told "The  HP Laptop PC 14s-dq2000 legal warranty expiration date is based on the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt (09/29/2021).

HP has checked your product information, including the product number and serial numbers, to determine your warranty results (Warranty end date was 11/2/2022).

I paid for a new HP-dq2088wm laptop on 01/25/2023 and if anything, shouldn't be paying full price for a used HP14s-dq2000 I don't want.
