Purchased new post warranty HP Care Pack

I truly hope that someone can help me because I am losing it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased the HP Care Pack one day after my warranty expired. However, my computer still shows that the warranty has expired. 1. Am I supposed to receive something in the mail because my order confirmation shows "Shipping"?  2. How long does it take to ship? and 3. Why doesn't HP have Live support? I don't expect anyone to answer my last question, but I am extremely frustrated after dealing with a Virtual Agent.
