Product: hp 2019 pavillion flagship business laptop touchscreen 8th gen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey! I'm having a problem changing the power & sleep times on my new laptop, I think it's set on 2 minutes right now and it's making me crazy lol. I've gone in 2 ways  and they both take me to the same place to change it - under power& sleep in the Personalize section. But I've noticed there's no save button to click which I'm assuming is probably the problem but what is there to do about it?? Does anyone have any advice or know how to change these settings? Thank You very much!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
