RDP out not working on brand new Windows 10 Envy Laptop

Envy 17.3"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced my old HP laptop with the brand new one but RDP outbound on new laptop cannot connect to my office computer: get the message that remote computer is unreachable while at the same time I have no problems connecting to it from an old laptop. Is there any outbound RDP firewall rule or intentional blockage that can be removed to allow outbound RDP?
